My friend, unsure, cashed out and stood up to tell them that he would report this to the Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC) and Caesars management. Jonathan told my friend he had to cash out and go. The supervisor was Jonathan Berry, and the machine was Zuma number 05-05-02 9247. He was losing the money until a supervisor and slot attendant came over. My friend jumped in and put a good sum of money in to play it. They appeared to play the game very briefly and left. The attendant told him "I can only do this for over an hour." We stood there confused until the machine un-locked and a man and woman sat down. A slow attendant came over and sure enough shut the machine down. We asked if he was done playing and he said he wanted an attendant to "shut the machine down" so he could leave for a bit without having anyone else have a chance of winning the red bonus, which was around $490 at the time. An old man was sitting with a balance of $2.05 with the white light on. My friend wanted to play the Zuma game near the restrooms in the middle of the casino. ![]() He took a break from Caesars to go to a competitor. He received comps, rooms, and offers with Caesars. My friend frequented the casino often and moved up ranks in Total Rewards.
